Other resources available in Market
The video tutorials created by various tutorial homes, sold in DVD or uploaded in You Tube, are mostly digital recording of a class. They give the students experience of attending a live class, except that the student cannot ask queries immediately.
However, the pre recorded contents of Video Tutorials are often better than notes handwritten by teachers in Whiteboard, during class session.
The flip side is that they are often long running. Not properly edited, delivered in relaxed story telling mood. Even a single chapter run into a series of several episodes. So, considering the time to be spent on viewing them, students often shun such tutorials. These tutorials do not help for quick revision or reference to a particular point, as it is not easy to quickly access any particular point from such long tutorials.

The Golden Rule of Coaching
- Study Materials : Well edited, organised study materials, with pointwise key words, for easy understanding. Compact, short sentences. Avoid long and heavy paraphs. A chapter should be within 10 pages and the class should be over within 40-45 minutes.

All queries should be responded and answered quickly. It is good idea to compile the queries and answers in a central place, well organised according to topics, accessible to all. The student can go through such compilation of queries already discussed in past. It is likely that the students will readily find his answer and would not raise the query again.
- Validation : Extensive Quizzes, Written Tests. Review of answer books, rectification of mistakes and misconception revealed through the answers to the Tests. Intensive Test and review of Answers. Rectification of mistakes. Constant guidance for further improvement.
