Teachers! Teach 10+ times more students from any place, in spare time. Earn more !
In old days, students went to Gurukul. Stayed there and learned. Guru could teach only a few students. Knowledge was privilege to some selected people only.
As the demand for knowledge grew, schools, colleges, and educational institutes emerged. More Teachers, more Students, face to face learning. Knowledge spread to General Public.
Gradually, Technology and Communication means improved. Aspiring performers embraced technology, to virtually multiply themselves, reaching more people, simultaneously at a time, beyond their own territories. Actors played in movies, Artistes recorded Videos, and so on. Through Internet, anybody can get access to anything, at any place, any time.
Education is no exception. Students are increasingly leaning towards resources on NET. Authors are contributing more on digital media. The learning methodologies are changing fast. Knowledge is now freely accessible to all.
Teachers should not remain oblivion of the changes. They must get ready to embrace the technology, to survive, and stay ahead of competition.
Unfortunately, most of the teachers are still teaching in physical classrooms, like stage actors, instead of becoming movie stars. Repeating same classes, day after day, year after year. Answering same questions, to handful of students in the locality. Even a renowned teacher, can reach to limited students only.
Using the technology, you may expand your reach beyond geography. You no more need to conduct repetitive physical classes, day after day. Capture and transform your knowledge into engaging digital tutorials, like movies.
Students no more need to attend physical classes. They play recorded tutorials in computer or even in smartphone, any time, any place. Now they get access to professionally created materials, at fraction of cost, saving precious time and money.
Moreover, students may directly interact with best teachers, ask questions, get their problems solved and doubts clarified, from any place.

I am a teacher, teaching for senior school students. How should I proceed ?
First make your goal, then make your plan and finally work your plan. We will elaborate about the steps very briefly.
A teacher may provide services for digital media coaching, in following methods:
- Creation of digital contents : Probably you have your own study materials ready, (which you use in your teaching classes). It is good idea to convert the ready materials, into digital course (with some re organisation, if necessary). Students from any place, would study the tutorials on NET.
• Proprietary Materials: One option is to get your exclusive digital contents created by professionals, for your students. You use it exclusively for your own classes, under your own brand and banner, (or license it to your franchisees). It works well for established teachers, who have a strong brand, and can sell their courses on their own. It requires good amount of investment, (professional digital contents creation is time consuming, and quite costly). So, make a realistic time plan and investment budget, before you take a plunge.
• Upload in Sikshayati Platform : The easier and quicker alternative is to convert your class notes, into digital course. The on-line tutorial platforms, (like Sikshayati Smart Classes), will convert your class notes into digital course. This is risk free, teacher sharing the revenue earned, with no financial investment.
- Provide support services to students : The students undergo on-line courses, and learn from the rich resources. They submit answers to questions, tests, problems, to be reviewed by teachers. They ask questions & queries, for doubts clarifications, by the teachers. Teachers may provide support services to such students, in following ways:
• Student Work Review : Extensive Home Work, Assignments and Work Reviews are
pillar of effective coaching, to rectify mistakes and put the students on right course.

- Assignments : Students are given Assignments (Home Work). The students write answers and solutions to the questions and problems.
- Tests : Apart from Quizzes and Assignments, students are asked to appear in periodical Tests in strict examination conditions. The answer books submitted by students of are reviewed by teachers.
These answer books are forwarded to respective teachers for review and
commenting and returned to Sikshayati. Sikshayati would forward the reviewed
and commented answer book, to the respective student.

Students thus get their mistakes and weakness pointed out, and properly guided,
to improve their performance. Thus, the students get well prepared for Board Tests.

• Doubts Clearing : Students often stumble upon sticky matters, while answering questions, solving problems. They ask questions and put queries to teachers, for doubts clearing. Teachers would help them solve problems, reply to their queries and clear their doubts.
